During the fall semester, Hester's intramural athletes competed in softball first. Hester's men's team finished the regular season with a record of 4-3 which made them eligible for the tournament. The men won their first round game but then lost in the second round, ending their season 5-4. The women's team finished their regular season 3-4, not making them eligible for the tournament. Even though they finished with a losing record, they played hard and had a great time.
In October, Hester's intramural athletes began their flag football season. The men's team finished their season 3-3 and the women's team finished their season 4-3. Both teams qualified for the tournament but lost in the first round.
Congratulations to all of the Hester intramural athletes who competed this Fall. Thank you for a great semester of intramurals and good luck in the Spring semester!
